Gift Tracker allows you to record favor-related information, including but not limited to:

• Names and contact information of people involved in gift exchanges
• Gift amounts, dates, and occasions (weddings, birthdays, holidays, etc.)
• Personal notes and reminders related to social events
• Photos attached to gift records

All of this data is stored exclusively on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

2.2 Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be transparent about what we do not collect:

• We do not collect, store, or process your personal data on our servers
• We do not track your location
• We do not access your contacts or address book
• We do not collect browsing history or usage analytics
• We do not share any data with third parties for advertising purposes

2.3 Advertising and Third-Party SDKs

Our App may integrate third-party advertising SDKs (such as Apple Search Ads attribution). These SDKs may collect limited device information for ad attribution purposes, including:

• Device type and operating system version
• App installation attribution data
• Anonymous device identifiers

We do not share your personal data with these third parties. Their data collection is governed by their respective privacy policies.

3. Data Storage

3.1 iCloud Backup Coming Soon

We are developing an iCloud sync feature that will allow you to back up your data to your personal iCloud storage. When this feature becomes available:

• Your data will be encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud account
• We will not have access to your iCloud-stored data
• Sync will be optional and require your explicit consent
• You can disable sync at any time in the app settings

3.2 Data Export

You can export your data at any time using the built-in export feature. Exported data is saved locally on your device and is not transmitted to any server.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data largely depends on the security measures you take with your device, such as:

• Using a strong device passcode
• Keeping your operating system up to date
• Not jailbreaking or rooting your device
• Enabling device encryption

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We may disclose your information only in the following circumstances:

Our App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. 8. Data Retention Period

Since all data is stored locally on your device, data retention is entirely under your control:

• Your data remains on your device as long as the App is installed
• If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted
• We do not retain any copies of your data on our servers

• Notify you through the App or by email for significant changes
