End User License Agreement and Terms of Service

1. Agreement Acknowledgment and Contracting Parties

This End User License Agreement and Terms of Service ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and CangZhi Tech LTD. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.

By downloading, installing, or using the Gift Tracker application ("App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to this Agreement.

2. Service Description

Gift Tracker is a local favor-tracking application designed to help you record and manage gift exchanges, social obligations, and interpersonal relationships. The App operates entirely on your device and does not require an internet connection for core functionality.

Key features include:

• Recording gift income and expenses
• Managing contact relationships and intimacy levels
• Supporting 10+ social scenarios (weddings, birthdays, holidays, etc.)
• Monthly statistics and relationship rankings
• Smart reminders for important dates
• Gift tracking and photo attachments

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time without prior notice.

3. License Scope

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal iOS devices
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Create backup copies of the App for personal use

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices on the App

4. User Obligations

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials, if applicable
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems
• Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
• Be solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter

5. Account and Security

Gift Tracker is a fully local application. Since all data is stored on your device:

• No account registration is required for basic functionality
• You are responsible for securing your device and its data
• We recommend enabling device passcode and encryption
• If iCloud sync becomes available, you are responsible for securing your iCloud account

We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from your failure to secure your device or account credentials.

6. Maintenance and Technical Support

We may provide updates, bug fixes, and new features for the App from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to:

• Maintain the App's functionality and performance
• Address reported bugs and technical issues
• Provide user support via email at support@cangis.net

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App. Support is provided on a best-effort basis.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not warrant that the App will meet your specific requirements or that the results obtained from its use will be accurate or reliable. You assume all risks associated with the use of the App.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, design, graphics, and code, is the intellectual property of CangZhi Tech LTD. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• All trademarks, service marks, and logos used in the App are our property or used under license
• You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent
• The data you enter into the App remains your property
• We do not claim ownership of any data you create or store within the App

9. Product Liability and Claims

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App
• Our total liability for any claims arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any
• We are not liable for any loss of data stored in the App
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your device

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by:

• Uninstalling the App from your device
• Ceasing all use of the App

We may terminate this Agreement if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination:

• You must immediately cease using the App
• You must delete all copies of the App from your devices
• The provisions regarding disclaimers, liability limitations, and intellectual property shall survive termination

11. Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through:

1. Amicable Negotiation: The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation
2. Arbitration: If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in Shenzhen, China, in accordance with the rules of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration

For users in jurisdictions where Chinese law may not apply, any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the user's jurisdiction, and this Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

• Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App
• Amendments: We may amend this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the amended terms
• Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent
• Language: This Agreement is available in multiple languages. In the event of any conflict between language versions, the English version shall prevail

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.
